I am really struggling with baby. not feeling happy and sometimes I feel hopeless. He is a good baby but sometimes I don't feel that i am boding with him as I should be. Help.

Thanks for contacting us. It sounds like you are finding some aspects of having a baby a bit challenging. Many new parents experience this when they are caring for a new little person. You are not alone. Perhaps you would find it useful to talk to somebody about the thoughts and feelings you are having at the moment. Family members can support you if they know how you are feeling. You could also try talking to your local Child Health Nurse or your Doctor who may be able to offer you some guidance and support. We also have some information on our website with other contact ideas.
Parenting can feel hard at times. Support can often help parents to cope and move forward with parenting.
